We frequently negotiate agreements, develop term sheets for our clients and manage their legal and professional relationships. Although we are lawyers, we don’t function as a law firm. We assist our clients to be sophisticated law clients and  enable our them to get effective legal advice at reasonable cost. On occasion, Mr. Welt has served as an interim executive to oversee the implementation of our recommendations.

Henry Welt has more than thirty years experience advising family owned businesses. He has successfully counseled clients in the luxury, technology and fine arts sectors for more than a decade. He has managed large, international privately held businesses. Mr. Welt combines his experience as an advisor with that as a chief executive to provide clients with solutions that deliver superior results.
